A few things that help us answer faster:
- For an order, include your order number.
- For sizing, tell us the height of the person who'll use the cane and we'll recommend a length. Our two-minute fit guide explains how we work it out. Every cane ships at 37 inches; if a shorter height is needed, the cutting is done on your end once it arrives.

Need a taller cane? Anything over 37 inches is made as a custom order, with an additional cost and roughly a four-week lead time. Write to us before you order and we'll quote it.
