Welcome to Walt Canes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.waltcanes.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Walt Canes ("we," "us," or "our") sells handcrafted wooden walking canes and related accessories through this Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time, at our sole discretion.
Because many of our canes are handcrafted from natural materials, slight variations in grain, color, and finish between the product photos and the item you receive are normal and expected, not defects.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of inventory. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy, available on the Site. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography, is the property of Walt Canes or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
